VINTAGE MILITARY ROSARY WWII USA BRASS BALL CHAIN 925 CROSSMilitary grade, possibly U.S.-issued brass ball chain rosary with sterling silver crucifix, center medal has figure of Mary on one side and a figure of Jesus carrying a cross on the other side. Three sizes of brass ball beads throughout. No clasp or closure. The crucifix is tested sterling. There are no manufacture markings. The back of crucifix has hand-incised "W.E. Radman?10-8 1944". ? It measures approximately 20 inches long necklace portion with a 5 inch drop to the cross. Beads measurement: Largest balls are 6mm diameter, medium balls are 4.5mm, and smallest balls are 2.25mm. Cross measures: 2 x 1 x 3/16 inches. ?
Condition
A few brass beads of the medium size have green spots, Crucifix has scratches, tarnish/patina.?
